Cephas and Biba live in Niger, West Africa and are very involved with our Fulani ministry. We were introduced to this couple through a missionary family and have since become partners in the gospel. Cephas and Biba are fully supported by a sister church in the USA so that they can focus on church planting, leadership training, and facilitating volunteer teams. We cherish their friendship and council.
