The Bible has much to say about how to keep going when life hurts. Following these principles will get you through: (1) Keep your eyes and hope on God by reading His Word and praying to Him; (2) Ask God to calm your fears with truth, love, and faith; (3) Believe the sun will shine again. Let yourself grieve, but don’t rehearse the hurt. Accept what you can’t change, and focus on what you have. Gratitude is a great antidepressant!
