Disruptive moments are divine appointments! In light of recent events in our nation, we need to remember that racial reconciliation is at the heart of the gospel message. 2 Chronicles 19:7 says, “Now then let the fear of the Lord be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the Lord our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or taking of bribes.” Partiality means treating one group of people better than another, and racial prejudice is a sign of ignorance of God’s plan for humanity. God’s plan to bring the races together is the church!
